指導者でのびる・のびない？

いつも読んで下さりありがとうございます、タニグチです！
いつも読んでいるメルマガで最近、非常に気になっているモノがあります。

「親力で決まる子供の将来 」というメルマガです。

タニグチは、現在学習塾（通信コース）をやっているのですが
この中で一番重要になってくるのは「親子の関係」です。

問題を解くときなど、解けたときに親が一緒に見ていて
本当に子供の能力を信じてあげることを親には指導しています。

これは学習に関してではなく、仕事においても言える事です。
